This site sets no cookies and does not recognise you. Where we count visits, we do it ourselves and without an IP address. That is why nobody here asks for your consent.

Since February 2025, every business that uses AI has had to take measures that promote the AI literacy of its people. Since 27 July 2026 it owes the measure, not a result, so what counts is the record that the measure took place. Cautela leads you through a conversation and produces exactly what you can present.
Prices for the first year; from the second year on, €119, €239 and €470 for good. What is counted is training places per year, not headcount. No notice period, and we remind you four weeks before the licence ends. The quick check costs nothing and asks for no email address.

What does Cautela do?
Cautela takes a business through its duties under the EU AI Act: one conversation, and from it an AI inventory, the risk classification, the documents required and staff training with a certificate.
What does Cautela cost?
An annual licence for the whole business, tiered by training places: €149 for up to 10, €299 for up to 25 and €590 for up to 50 places in the first year, and around 20 % less in every year after that.
Is the quick check free?
Yes. It takes about three minutes, asks for no email address and shows at the end which duties apply to the business and which do not. It is currently available in German.
