This site sets no cookies and does not recognise you. Where we count visits, we do it ourselves and without an IP address. That is why nobody here asks for your consent.

For the conversation itself we use a market-leading language model. It receives no names, no personal data and no training results. Everything we store about your business is held in Germany. We would rather say so clearly than put it in the small print.

Since 27 July 2026 it owes the measure, not a result, so what counts is the record that the measure took place. Cautela leads you through a conversation and produces exactly what you can present.

What does Cautela do?
Cautela takes a business through its duties under the EU AI Act: one conversation, and from it an AI inventory, the risk classification, the documents required and staff training with a certificate.
What does Cautela cost?
An annual licence for the whole business, tiered by training places: €149 for up to 10, €299 for up to 25 and €590 for up to 50 places in the first year, and around 20 % less in every year after that.
Is the quick check free?
Yes. It takes about two minutes, asks for no email address and shows at the end which duties apply to the business and which do not. It is currently available in German.
Where is the data stored, and does this site set cookies?
The servers are in Germany. The conversation itself runs on a market-leading language model, which receives no names, no personal data and no training results. This site sets no cookies.

The company behind Hermyon, RADURIS Kft., is based in Keszthely on Lake Balaton, Hungary, and the contract is governed by German law. A person returns your call, in German or English and from a German number.
