A short profile in four sentences.
Hermyon is the software brand of RADURIS Kft. and builds digital staff for small and medium-sized businesses: from the documentation duty under the AI Act (Cautela) through the product assistant on the device to the agent that answers the phone. Each of these tools runs in our own business first, before it is sold.
The target group is businesses without an IT department, for which an EU regulation is, to begin with, a task with nobody responsible for it. What we publish on the subject is meant to be useful even if nobody buys anything from us. Hence this offer to multipliers.
Has the AI training duty been abolished?
No, but the Digital Omnibus has reworded Article 4 of the AI Act. Since the end of June the report has been circulating that the duty has been scrapped. We set the two versions of the law side by side, each with its reference in the Official Journal.
The duty continues, the standard has become milder. The duty to achieve a result has become a duty to take measures, and because a measure can only be tested by whether it took place, documentation matters more than before. In the same week a different provision took full effect: Article 50, the disclosure duty, with no transitional period and subject to fines. To the article with all references.

We sell an application that helps with exactly these duties. That is why stricter rules apply to these texts than to advertising, and none at all to passing them on.
Use them, also shortened
You may print the texts unchanged, shorten them, rearrange them or use them as the basis for a piece of your own. We are glad of a reference to the source, but it is not a condition.
No product in the text
The articles answer the question someone comes with. That we offer a tool for it is said in one paragraph at the end, which can be cut without loss.
Every statement with a reference
Quoted wording comes with its Official Journal reference so that your editorial team can look it up. What has not been settled by the courts is described as unsettled.
