We use our tools ourselves.
Hermyon is the software brand of RADURIS Kft. Behind every agent on this site stands the same company: as your contracting party, as the issuer of your invoice and as the address you can hold to account. And every one of these tools ran in our own business first, before we sold it to anyone.

A company you can look up.
RADURIS is the company, Hermyon its brand for software. We explain the distinction here because nobody else will: if you look up the company name, you first come across a site about consulting rather than software. The two belong together. Everything you see on hermyon.ai is built, invoiced and answered for by this company.
We are small, and we would rather say so than pretend to be a department. It has a practical advantage for you: anyone who writes to Hermyon gets an answer from someone who built the software, not from a ticket system.
The company is based in Keszthely on Lake Balaton, Hungary. Software can be written there just as well as anywhere else, and anyone who has ever stood on the western shore probably understands the choice faster than any explanation. What matters more, in any case, is what it changes for you.

Anyone dealing with a provider from another country asks two things: what language it all happens in, and where they stand if something goes wrong. We would rather answer both here than in the small print.
We work in German and in English
German is our company language, and we advise in English as well. If you arrange a callback, a person calls you from a German number and speaks German or English with you, whichever you prefer. The agents themselves work in German today.
Run from Paderborn
The managing director is Dipl.-Kfm. Christoph Hermesmeier, who lives in Paderborn, Germany. His partner Dipl.-Ing. Harald Erlach is Austrian, and they are joined by colleagues from other EU countries. We sell in Germany and Austria today; enquiries from other EU countries are welcome.
German law, place of jurisdiction Paderborn
The contract for Cautela is governed by German law, and Paderborn is the agreed place of jurisdiction. Both are set out in section 15 of the terms (in German), and you can read them before you order.
We were
our first customer.
No agent comes out of a demonstration. Each one came about because something was being left undone in a business of our own, and each one keeps running there. Whatever does not work, we notice before you do.
The Product Assistant works with real customers
Flora accompanies HomeGarden's hydroponic devices: she recognises plant problems from a photo and speaks with a real voice. You can try her out without asking us, or first watch her on video (in German).
The Sales Agent advises in our own shop
In the same shop stands the orb, advising real visitors from the real range, with real prices and real stock levels. If there is something it cannot do there, we are the first to know.
We built Cautela for ourselves
We use AI and had to go down the same road: write down what runs in the business, classify it, draft a policy, train our people, keep the record. That road became the application.
Our own books are made with Scriba
It is tried out every day on real manuscripts, with real photos and real print files. A tool you use yourself forgives no whitewashing.

No cookie banner
This site sets no cookies and does not recognise you. Where we count visits, we do it ourselves and without an IP address. That is why nobody here asks for your consent. Anyone who talks about data protection should start on their own site.

For Cautela there is a sheet your data protection officer can read: what is processed, where it is held, what the language model gets to see.
The DPA before you buy
You can read the data processing agreement (in German) before you order, not only afterwards. Take your time over it.
Prices are on the site
With Cautela you see what it costs without filling in a form. No “request a demo” where a number belongs.
A month instead of “soon”
Where something is not finished yet, there is a month. You can hold us to it, and that is exactly why it is there.
A person with a name
No anonymous contact form: you know who answers, and you get the same person again when you write a second time.

The company's registered office and the location of your data are two different things. The company sits where it is registered. Your records, certificates and training data are held on servers in Germany and do not leave the country. For the conversation itself we use a market-leading language model, which receives no names, no personal data and no training results.
